Guided Reiki Meditation by Reiki Master/Teacher Ela Aktay

Take time for your own healing and relaxation. Join me for a free guided Reiki meditation class on Monday, October 21 at 7 pm to experience the benefits of healing energy and to reduce stress and anxiety. We’ll begin with a brief introduction to Reiki followed by gentle seated movements and soothing breath practices to promote relaxation and mindfulness. As the meditation begins, you will be invited to lay down or stay seated, close your eyes, and relax. You’ll then be guided with a calming Reiki meditation to visualize healing energy flowing through you, encouraging deep relaxation and a sense of peace. A period of silent integration will follow after which you’ll be softly guided back to the waking world. Yoga/pilates floor mats will be provided. Dress comfortably and please feel free to bring any additional comforts, such as an eye pillow, blanket, or pillow. I look forward to seeing you.
