Pilates Central Wellness is pleased to offer Guided Reiki Meditation with Ela Aktay. Reiki is a holistic healing practice that focuses on balancing the body’s energy. The word Reiki comes from Japanese, where “Rei” means universal and “Ki”means life force energy. During a Reiki session, a practitioner lightly places their hands on or near you, channeling this universal energy to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support your body’s natural healing processes. Many people find Reiki to be a soothing and gentle way to improve their overall well-being.
